On Soul Work

“There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul. One does not become enlightened   by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness consciouss’

This is missing something….some second part eh? It’s true at some level…but after learning through pain so many times it kind of hits us… let’s be proactive and learn through Grace and Ease eh? … and Joy and laughs… what do you think?

In 3d earth experience, personal personality and soul growth come thru the shadow , or the ‘pain’…. this is (almost) Universal… we are moving into Grace and Ease in the trans- dimensional process upon us. Elohim do not often urge people to go directly into ‘ pain’, but their advice can lead one into this place of understanding, and therefore growth.

Have to agree with Connie – I sign up for love, joy and peace, the pain maybe initially but ultimately the former prevails

Let’s listen to Jung- he said, ‘People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul.’ The only way out is through. We must face the shadows before redemption or around and around we will go. What on earth can we truly learn in grace and ease and joy? Those are glimpses of what is promised as we continually put on our courage and face what is in our soul.

The energy of pain can be tranformed… but we can choose to wait for the pain if we so choose. It will come around soon enough. Why not act proactively, take on challenges, why does the runner run the 50 mile race? Why did Mother Theresa serve the lepers with a smile and joy on her face? Or, experience Divine Laughter? My mother peed her pants and actually felt pain through her laughs they were so strong. We have many choices.

Of course- the darkness is always waiting for us. It isn’t a matter of choice so much, but a matter of when we are willing and ready to move into the darkness and make it conscious. Mother Teresa, also it came out after her death, how she suffered with a lot of doubt and pain in her relationship with Christ- was she good enough…and so on.

Two quotes from the Buddha: It is said at the time of his death, he said, “I am the happiest of mortals. No one is happier than I.” He also said this: “It is hard to obtain human birth, harder to live like a human being, harder still to understand the dharma, but hardest of all to attain nirvana.”

His journey was difficult before those last moments of his death. According to his story he went through years of torment put upon himself trying to find “the way.” And who knows how many lifetimes. He said, hardest of all to attain nirvana.

Does this mean we can’t experience joy, or Divine Laughter? No. But our work, I believe is to make the darkness conscious, and the rest- the nirvana, the “figures of light” is there waiting for us. ANd it’s a process….

YES CONNIE BUT WE BELIEVE OUR EXPERIENCE AND OUR EXISTENCE AND IF WE ARE BELIEVING IN SOMETHING DIFFERENT OR IN CHANGE OR IN HOPE BUT CANNOT FATHOM OR IMAGINE WHAT IT COULD BE INR RELATION TO PRESENT REALITY… IF THERE IS NO FORM OF REFERENCE….. AH THERE IS THE DEPTHS…. THERE IS THE NOTHING… BUT WHERE IS THE SOMETHING TO BEGIN AGAIN…

Mr. Blasdel.. I’ve agreed wholeheartedly that these are times to embrace and let go.. embrace and let go… however there is no letting go with this thread….is there any way of erasing my comments from this board? I have moved on from this topic. Blessings…
